Without prejudice . A Solicitor who is always willing to take money from anyone and everyone is said to be without prejudice.
Witness . . An individual who swears to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth and then proceeds to tell the story the way his Solicitor instructed him to tell it.

 You expect these people to protect your good name?. . at exorbitant cost? . . They can’t even protect their own good name otherwise they wouldn’t be on these web-sites. All they are good at is burying their heads in the sand when someone challenges their supposed invulnerability. . . what they forget is . . Solicitors don’t sell anything anyone actually wants and their companies have only one single asset . . their reputation . . and when that goes they are nothing.. As I am  setting out to prove in the example of Ingram Winter Green and Denniss Matthews. Already their firms are worth a lot less than they were a few months ago . . . and yet they sit there and do nothing.

I particularly want to see which one of the owners of this Company is prepared to take a pasting instead of poor CATHERINE SPENCE who is probably only a conveyancing Solicitor and may have nothing to do with the decision . . . . not to answer these important questions.

It is not my usual form to tear to shreds the reputation of an underling in an organisation, and particularly if she is a woman. I am far too much of a Gentleman to do so.
I much prefer to go after those in charge. They always deserve it.

However . . let me explain your position, if that is not abundantly clear to you already. Daniel Ginsbury’s lies to me (he has not denied them and therefore must be true) were part of a CONSPIRACY, to defraud me of my rightful claims against ANY freeholder of the above property. And there was a lot more to it than that, as you well know.

Even if you were not party to that CONSPIRACY in the first instance, (and that is by no means unlikely) you certainly are now, after the fact. If it were the Police asking you the questions I have asked of you, your silence in the matter would be construed as obstruction. You have certain knowledge of that conspiracy and are now partaking in it.

If you were on a Housing Estate with similar knowledge of illegal activity, vandalism, theft, intimidation etc, and you kept that to yourself, to the detriment of others, just to cover up for your mates. You would be considered LOW LIFE SCUM, CATHERINE ELEANOR SPENCE . . . . . . and I assure you I will have no compunction about drawing similar comparison with you and your Company.

If you have any doubt how capable I am in ruining the reputation of an individual or a Company you should type in ‘pig shit solicitor’ on MSN (Worldwide) and you will see that Daniel Ginsbury Ptnr @ Ingram Winter Green comes out with a No 1 mention . . . . . . . . .(in the world). And he can’t do a damned thing about it as you know . . . .  and you know also why he can’t.
Did you ever believe such a thing was possible?  . . HE certainly didn’t. Not in his wildest nightmares. He must think a lorry load of that pig shit has tipped on him . . . and in a way it has.

I assure you I intend to give the same disdain and contempt about you and your Company if you do not give me straight forward answers to the simple questions . . . “did you or did you not answer Enquiries Before Contract in the matter of the conveyancing of the above property. Did you or did you not declare the existence of this dispute.”

It will be excruciating . . . . . and you will be able to do no more about it than he can (trust me) . . . . . . your choice.

The crux of the matter is this. Daniel Ginsbury, in his letter of 2nd June 2005. Says unequivocally that neither he nor his clients were informed about the dispute between ourselves and the freeholder of the above property.

In other words it is not he Daniel Ginsbury, Ingram Winter Green Solicitors, that is the conniving, scheming, piece of pig shit that lied about the matter. But that either you are a conniving, scheming, lying piece of pig shit, Catherine Eleanor Spence. Solicitor at Denniss Matthews, Anerley . . . or . . . . . . the lying scheming, conniving piece of pig shit is Suryakant J Patel of 2 Wickham Avenue Shirley, for deliberately concealing the matter, doesn’t it?

Or do you intend to deny any or all of the above?

These sites were created because Solicitors Ingram Winter Green and Denniss Matthews  will not respond to my many letters, and because The Law Society will not investigate all this:-
 The reason these sites are still here presumably, is because they are ALL not willing to answer the simple question . . “Did you or did you not conspire with your clients, S J Patel, Nathan & Ruth Teitelbaum of Fineland Properties Ltd,  to deliberately LIE, CHEAT and DECEIVE in order to DEFRAUD me of my  considerable claims against them?” . . well not in Court anyway. . . lying is one thing . . perjury another.  All the content of these sites is based on that premise, and NONE of it has ever been denied or even contested.
 For the removal of doubt, I have never called Daniel J Ginsbury “a lying, conniving, scheming piece of pig shit, low life life gutter scum”.
I merely ask the question? If all of the above is true would that make him one? Daniel Ginsbury declines to ans either the former or the latter. It is true that I accuse IWG of being a bunch of total Wankers for allowing these sites to be here and are not able to fathom a way out of this dilemma. Not worthy to call themselves Solicitors in fact.

( MCP Law ) refuse to answer even the most basic of questions. They should have no reason, unless to do so would embarrass them or their clients in disclosure of lies, connivance, and conspiracy. Who couldn’t use our perfectly adequate laws in UK to get my sites shut down have put in a complaint to Google.  Amazingly it is a statement made “under penalty of PERJURY”. . . .
