Let’s be clear . . . I don’t particularly blame Lisa for doing what she did. She was almost certainly carrying out Company Policy. . . .  You may or not be aware that I am due to attend a hearing (case management conference) in a few weeks time at Croydon County Court. There are a number of issues I hope to bring up at that meeting. Not wishing to go empty handed I now intend to report the matter of the conspiracy between Ms Lisa Richardson and your client to the Police.
Conspiracy to Defraud Against Common Law.  . . I also to intend to report the likelihood of a Conspiracy between yourselves to cover it up.

 Obviously it would be useful to know exactly who was involved. . . . Anticipating that you would be unwilling to divulge that information I have posted the most likely culprits on http://www.mcp-law.org/page16.html . . . a page not widely accessible . . . YET.

So if any of you believe you should not be named, I would be happy to accept an explanation of why not. . . of course I will take your failure to do so as acceptance of the fact.

There are still a number of pieces of information missing from the web of deceit not least the name of your client. I will expect you to furnish me with that detail if you don’t mind. I will take a failure to do so as further proof of your collective complicity in this ugly affair. It’s not as if it’s a secret after all . . . . . . or is it?

I have not yet managed to ascertain the involvement of Ethyor Hussain in this conspiracy. But I will. I always do in the end. It may well become apparent in a few weeks time.
This is not as far fetched as might be imagined. . . . his predecessor was compliant in a very similar plot that was exposed at a previous visit to Croydon Crown Court. Luckily for her she was able to swear under oath that she had been duped. Hussain may well be in a similar position. . . . we’ll see. He better pray he is.

Of course the Police may not take any action. Their involvement in the long running saga of this property has been quite frankly appalling. . . however that was before I had 3 major websites devoted almost exclusively to those abysmal failings.

I also intend now to report your behaviour to The Law Society of England and Wales. And if no action is taken to the Legal Ombudsman. . Yes I know it’s a waste of time . . . but sooner or later web sites like mine, and the many many others that clamour against their corruption and other failings are going to have an effect. . . . . . . . AND SURE ENOUGH THE LAW SOCIETY POO POOED THE IDEA. See bottom of page.

What investigation did you carry out exactly? . . . did you make one phone call to MCP Law to ask them why it possible for me so slate them in the manner that I do without them suing me? . . (or at very least getting an injunction.)

Contrary to popular belief . . Solicitors do not like going to Court. . . . well that’s not entirely true . . . they don’t mind if you’re paying. . . . what I mean is they don’t like going to Court to explain themselves. . .

WHY do they all put up with it? . . . because the only way they can get the sites removed is by going to Court. . . but in order to get an injunction to do so they would have to swear ON OATH, IN WRITING and IN PERSON . . . and that is before they set inside the Court room, . . . THAT they didn’t LIE to or otherwise deceive me . . . difficult one don’t you agree?

And until you can explain that anomaly Mr Sutherland . . you’re just as bad as the rest of them. Fortunately I don’t need your intervention any more . . my sites speak volumes and tens of thousands flock to them to discover the truth . . . along with other similar sites of course.
It is three years since I naively believed the Law Society actually meant something . . . and you have just confirmed it . . you haven’t changed a bit.

The sooner the investigative process is stripped from your mucky hands the better.

Offensive language? . . . grow up . . . your kids say worse than that.

Oh! And as for the Police . . . guess what they said? . . . report it to the Law Society. . . . . what a laugh. . . . mind you he was only PC Plod maybe with a bit of pressure I might get someone more important to take an interest.

Jonathan Burton joined the firm in 1982 after training in London. He has developed an enviable reputation in dealing with the finer points of agricultural and commercial property law together with the tax issues that arise.

They might not care too much  about MCP’s crooked  activities . . . but they will care that they are totally useless and impotent when someone takes them on. AND they might care that if they get into trouble as Lisa Richardson has, they will do something to protect them. . . . might be asking a bit much though . . . THEY CAN’T EVEN PROTECT THEMSELVES . . . or they wouldn’t be on this page.

In which case you could try doing what all these Solicitors, The Law Society, Legal Services Ombudsman and even the Police do . . . totally ignore the matter in hand and ask a lot of different questions of your own.
